Your total body workout, combining cardio bursts, functional training, and challenging elements of Pilates. If you're looking to increase the intensity (and sweatiness) of your body-sculpting routine, come in and get your SSP Sweat on.

The perfect blend of Pilates/Lagree and weight training. Expect a combination of Lagree-inspired movements on the Miniformer Pro and strengthening exercises using heavier weights and kettlebells on the mat — targeting all aspects of each major muscle group for a complete, well-rounded burn.
